Things to do to stay healthy

Hey Guys :) So today I decided to write about How to stay healthy, Basically I'm going to give you some tips :) lets get started :)

1.Drink water :)


<- Drink at least 6 cups of water every day :)






2.Exercise  :)  If you are able to exercise every day , then exercise!!! Exercising is very good for health, skin, hair, and all your body :)

 

<- As you can see there are millions of different exercises you can do :) Even riding your bike with your friends in summer is a great exercise :)









3.Eat healthy :) If you want to be healthy then eat healthy :)


4. Don't eat less! Change your foods :) For example for breakfast you normally eat toast with jam and juice what about muesli and an apple? Something like that :) But don't eat less :)
 
5. Sleep more! Some people say sleeping more than 8 hours causes wrinkles...Umm ? Nope! I once slept  14 hours . And I was super energized ! And it was just a perfect day ! So... If you heard that somewhere..Don't believe that , Because I sleep 12 hours every night .. : /
