It’s typically used as a health supplement, but it works wonders for the skin as well! You can buy it in capsule or powder form from any health foods store or online.

1 tsp spirulina powder
1 tsp Castor oil (found in laxative section of grocery store)
1-2 drops of rosemary or other essential oil

5.
Benefits of Oily Skin
Oily skin is the skin type most of us wish we didn’t have. But did you know that oily skin may actually age better than the rest?

Thanks to the boost in natural oils and vitamin E, oily skin stays smooth and less wrinkled as it ages. The extra oil acts as a natural moisturizer that lubricates the skin and minimizes the effects of sun and air pollution.

To get your best skin, avoid stripping your skin of this precious, protective oil. Wash your face twice a day max and use formulas with salicylic acid, which gently unclogs pores.

6.
Beauty Benefits of Strawberries
They may be bright red, but malic acid, the chief component in strawberries, is a natural teeth whitener. The alpha-hydroxy acid in strawberries is also great for sloughing off dead skin cells. Cut a berry in half and rub over face, body and feet. Let it sit and rinse off to reveal the youthful skin underneath.

7.
