Things to do to stay healthy

Hey Guys :) So today I decided to write about How to stay healthy, Basically I'm going to give you some tips :) lets get started :)

1.Drink water :)


<- Drink at least 6 cups of water every day :)






2.Exercise  :)  If you are able to exercise every day , then exercise!!! Exercising is very good for health, skin, hair, and all your body :)

 

<- As you can see there are millions of different exercises you can do :) Even riding your bike with your friends in summer is a great exercise :)









3.Eat healthy :) If you want to be healthy then eat healthy :)


4. Don't eat less! Change your foods :) For example for breakfast you normally eat toast with jam and juice what about muesli and an apple? Something like that :) But don't eat less :)
 
5. Sleep more! Some people say sleeping more than 8 hours causes wrinkles...Umm ? Nope! I once slept  14 hours . And I was super energized ! And it was just a perfect day ! So... If you heard that somewhere..Don't believe that , Because I sleep 12 hours every night .. : /

Hey Guys :) So today I decided to write about how important it is to drink water...Because I know I keep on writing about Drinking water, water, Water.. But I don't drink too much water....Actually... *Honest Time* I only drink like 3 cups of Juice... <- JUICE ! everyday...I need to change that! And I also Now know why My Under Eye Circles are so bad . . . I don't drink enough water :( I really really need to drink more water :/ But also guys I want to tell you guys some Beauty stuff and Tips and all that stuff :)

1.A chocolate face mask is easy to make from home.

Ingredients

1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons heavy cream, or sour cream
3 tablespoons oatmeal powder

Instructions

- Mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Apply to face & massage into this skin.
- Rinse off after 15 to 20 minutes.





2. 
Food for Hair Growth
1. Salmon: This fish is loaded with the strong hair supporters like Vitamin D and protein, but it also contains omega-3 fatty acids that promote hair growth by keeping your scalp healthy.
2. Eggs: Eggs are an excellent source of those aforementioned omega-3s, and they are also contain biotin (which many people trying to grow their hair take in supplement form). But, just so you’re aware, it’s not the egg white that will make your hair long and beautiful, it’s the yolk. Eating too many egg whites can actually block the absorption of biotin into the body, causing a depletion of this micronutrient.
3. Sweet Potatoes: These are loaded with beta carotene, the precursor for vitamin A that not only promotes a healthy scalp but promotes hair growth. But choose foods loaded with beta carotene over supplementing with high doses — like over 2500 milligrams — of vitamin A from retinol since it can be toxic at very high levels.
4. Avocados: Due to their high concentration of essential fatty acids naturally found in skin cells (which help to keep your skin smooth and supple), avocados are an age-old beauty secret. When topically applied to the hair and scalp, they have the added ability to stimulate collagen and elastin production. Mix a little avocado with sour cream (which contains lactic acid to help exfoliate dead skin and clean up buildup on the scalp) and apply to your hair and scalp for about ten minutes before washing it off.

Homemade Makeup Remover Wipes
Wipes are so easy to use but they run out so quickly! Here’s how to make your own makeup wipes that will save you time and money. The formula is customizable, so you can easily soak these wipes in your favorite makeup remover or another homemade recipe.

Ingredients:
Microwaveable bowl
Purified water
Coconut oil
Tear-free baby wash
Container w/ lid
Paper towel roll
Utility knife

Directions:
1. Mix 2 tb of coconut oil, 2 squirts of baby wash, 2 cups of water in a bowl. Mix, microwave for a few seconds, then stir again.

2. Measure the paper towel roll to fit into your container and cut with a sharp knife to fit.

3. Place the roll into the container and pour your makeup remover mixture over it.

4. Replace the lid and let soak. After five minutes, remove the cardboard center.

5. Cut a small X in the lid to pull the wipes through.

Homemade Berry Lip Stain
We all know that berries stain. Why not use this to your advantage? Berries can be used to make a simple and effective lip stain that’s natural and tasty. The olive oil in this recipe is hydrating, while the berries give them a pink/purple tint that’s dark enough for fall, but subtle enough for the finals days of summer.

Ingredients:
5 raspberries
5 blackberries
1 tsp olive oil

Directions: Mash berries with a spoon or fork. Add olive oil and mash again. Drain the liquid into another contains, leaving seeds and chunks behind. Apply to lips using your finger, wash hands right away! This mixture should last a week if stored in an airtight container in the fridge.

Chamomile and Rose Facial Steam
Facial steams are one of the easiest and best ways to pamper your skin. It’s like have a facial at home that opens your pores, plumps the skin and leaves it feeling supple.

Directions:
1. Boil a pot of water with a handful of dried flowers. Chamomile and rose works nicely, but any dried flowers will do.
2. Once it comes to a boil, pour it in a large bowl.
3. Place the bowl on a table where you can sit with your head leaning over it comfortable. Be careful not to get your face too close to the water in case the steam is too hot.
4. Take a towel and place it over your head as you lean over the bowl to trap in the steam.
5. Steam for 20-40 minutes, depending how long you can handle the steam.

Homemade Buttery Coconut Moisturizer
Making your own moisturizer isn’t as intimidating as it looks!

To make this buttery coconut moisturizer, you’ll need ½ cup shea butter, ¼ cup cocoa butter, 1 tbsp coconut oil. Mix all the ingredients in a sturdy glass bowl, place the bowl over a burner on low heat to melt. Remove after a few minutes and allow the mixture to cool for an hour. Once cool, place in fridge with a lid for an hour. It will become soft and buttery for powerful hydration.

Homemade Coconut Milk Shampoo
Tropical scent, homemade, chemica-free. What more could we say about this homemade coconut milk shampoo. It nourishes and hydrates your locks, while infusing an island coconut scent.

Ingredients:
½ cup coconut milk (found in Int’l Aisle in supermarkets)
2/3 cup castile soap (found at health food stores)
1 tsp vitamin E oil
1 tsp coconut oil

Directions:
Microwave the coconut oil for 30 seconds. Combine all ingredients in a sealable container and mix or shake. Use as shampoo as normal. Stores for one month.

Hello :) Okay Today I want to talk about Growing Out Your Hair.... You see , People find a super great hair mask to get healthy hair but they don't do it because The hair mask is not for Hair growth.. Look...To Grow out your hair quickly you need very healthy hair....So remember keep your hair very healthy at all times :)

So I was lately thinking about writing So I was lately thinking about writing some great Hair Growth tips but then I thought : You need healthy hair to grow your hair out? So here I am now giving you tips on how to keep your hair healthy :) Enjoy :)

1.Keep away from heat ! Heat is really bad for your hair! If you wash your hair before you go to bed then why dry it?? Okay...Maybe I would dry it a bit...But not fully...There is no Sense! If you really need to use heat on your hair then use heat protector!

2.  Use a shampoo and conditioner for YOUR hair type! If your friend uses this shampoo for dry / colored hair and you have oily hair, Don't use that shampoo! That is not for your hair type! Buy a shampoo and conditioner for your hair type! But....If you don't have shiny hair...And you want to buy a shampoo for shiny hair you can...Cause that shampoo will make your hair shiny :)

3.Sleep in braids!

4.Do hair masks  :) Hair masks are amazing :) If you want to make your hair grow then look for a hair mask that will make your hair grow or make it healthy :)

5.Drink a lot of water

6. Eat healthy and Exersise!

7.Don't dye your hair too often, Dyeing your hair too often can lead your hair to a really bad hair type.. = Broken / Damaged ..Etc...

Thank you's and Hair Tips + Beauty Tips :)

Hey Cupcakes <3 Okay Before I say anything, I want to say thank you for 300 views! Thank you all so much :) Today I went on my blog cause I wanted to check something and then I saw that I had 300 views and I'm like : Ahhhhh , :o , Ahhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!! and so on..... : D So today I want to Treat you's with some Beauty and Hair Tips :) Let's Start . . . Shall we?

Beauty Tips:
1.Clear Complexion with Citrus
Combine 1 tbsp of citrus juice (lemon, orange, lime) with 1 tbsp of baking soda. Stir until bubbles subside. Apply and leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse.

Citrus fruit is composed of alpha hydroxyl acids that exfoliate and brighten the skin and help keep pores clean. Baking soda’s mildly acidic nature gently sloughs away dead skin cells in minutes, helping to prevent blackheads.

Pro-Tip: Banish Under Eye Circles
A smudge of peach or coral lipstick blended in with your concealer is an unexpected antidote to dark under eye circles. The orange-red shade will diffuse the darkness and brighten up your eyes. 


3.Drink water :) I say this over and over ..But Water gives you beautiful healthy hair, Glowing skin, and Makes you super healthy :) So drink that water :)



Hair Tips :
1. A Fun New Ponytail
Turn a simple ponytail into a unique look. To make this look, pull your hair back into a loose, low ponytail. Spread the hair above your hair tie into two sections and pull the ponytail all the way through the hole you’ve made. Loosen the twisted sides for a messier look. :)

Chamomile Tea Hair Lightener
Chamomile tea is made from a flower that has mild bleaching effects. Make a cup of chamomile tea and rinse it through your hair. Allow the tea to sit for 10-15 minutes. Repeat this up to 6 times to enhance the effects.

What To Pack For Holidays ღ

Hello people Of the World! No...Ok... Hey guys :) So Today I decided to write about What To Pack For Holidays :) And before I say anything else , I want to say I am going on a 'holiday' ...For 4 days .. So that's why there's not a lot of clothes in the list below :/ But first Beauty Tip Of the Day :)

 How to: Instantly Repair Cracked Lips
During the colder fall months (even during summer ), lips get easily chapped and cracked. Ouch! To instantly repair dry lips, cut up a cucumber into a few small slices and hold the slices on your lips for 20 minutes. All the water in the cucumber will help moisturize and replenish cracked lips!

So you see : If you have Oily hair , Its better for your hair if you don't brush it all the time.. If you have dry hair like my friend I guess you could do long Scalp Massages without your hair becoming greasy...

Vlogging and Little Beauty Haul ღ

ღ Hello :3 Ummm Before I start anything I want to tell you guys that I'm going to try to vlog for you's like even before I go to Poland and all . . . But like I mean I'm going to vlog when I'm in town, shopping, random vlogs and all :) So if I don't write one day It means I'm super busy : / or I'm filming a Vlog and Editing it :)

Okay today I'm going to do a little 'Beauty' and Fashion kinda haul so let's start :)      ( the fashion haul is very small .. so yeah)

Lip-products : 

1.Baby Lips Pink Punch ღ I'm in love with it ! It's such a preety pink color and also It moisturizes my lips very highly ! So I love that :) 

2. Lacura lip care, mandarin lip balm! It makes your lips so moisturized! The first time I used it I couldn't believe it :) ღ

3. Essence Me & My Ice-Cream Lip balm! It smells like Candy <3 and also it moisturizes your lips a lot! 

Mascara's ...

1.Actually guys I'm trying to keep my lashes strong and healthy so I'm not using mascara :/ But I am using this Essence Gel  mascara! I love it so much, it strengthens my lashes so much! And it looks like I'm wearing mascara :)

Creams and Face Products

1.Nivea cream ! As I guess you know , I love it to pieces!! It's the best cream I ever had! 

2.Simple Light Moisturizer :) I kinda actually like it if you put it over a cream it's not that bad :)

3.Clean and Clear Blackhead Treatment ! I'm in love with it , Like I nearly have NO blackheads :o which I'm shocked by :)

4.Boots Cucumber eye gel :) Cucumber? Eye gel ? = Best thing ever :) Cucumbers have Vitamin E which make the puffiness around your eyes disappear in seconds :) 

 FASHION ღ

1.I got these cool black and white patterned jeans for only 6.50! I love them so much ღ 

2. I also got these cute pastel flowered patterned leggins :) I really like the way there light pink and they have pastel colors on them <3

3.Also :D I got this Light pink Polka Dot Shirt, you can tie it at the bottom and it has buttons and it's so so cute ! I love it so much! I'm definitely going to wear them in summer . . .

vlogging and stuff :3

Hey guys :) I think I wrote enough times today .. =D but I want to talk about Vlogs and stuff ..cause you see I'm going to Poland in 30 days and I guess I will vlog for you's :) and I'm really exited ! But I want to say I might not write cause I'll be very busy but I will vlog :) I'm going to vlog on the plane, with my friends , in the shops and all c: im so happy :) and also guys!!!! The simple light mosturizer isn't that bad.. :/ I was using it a while ago and its not that bad if you put it over Nivea cream or something :) Also!! Thank you all so much :) 275 viewers might not be a lot to a lot of people but I'm so so happy :) when I got the first 50 views I was like : OMG!!! Look I have 50 views!!! And I was so delighted when I got 100 - 150 - 200 - 250 - 275!!!!! It means so much to me :) byeee see you's tommarow :) x

Hello There :) I decided to write about some Skin care products . . . So hope you enjoy < 3

Simple :
I don't really buy Simple Stuff but once I was on a little 'beauty' shopping and i found a Simple Moisturizer for only 1.50! So I was like : Why shouldn't I buy it? It's such a good brand and all, and it's so cheap, I'll buy it .. Oh...It's the worst Moisturizer I ever had! It makes your face stiff if you don't blend it in for like 7mins : / Like ... WHAT? I would not recommend the Simple light moisturizer =   Picture of it : /

Nivea
I love Nivea :) It's the best! I'm serious .. If somebody would ask me do I want a cream worth 150 euro or a Nivea cream I would pick Nivea.. Nivea is very light on your skin and moisturizes your skin very very much :) I'm in love with Nivea creams and just with the Brand :) And also I don't lie on my blog, I would never say : Oh don't buy Mane and Tail anti- dandruff conditioner ( for example ) If I never tried it : / I only write about things I know work or don't or are good or not :) I would never lie :)

Clean and Clear
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love it! I had a lot , a lot of Blackheads on my nose and I'm using it from about 1 week now and nearly all my Blackheads are gone : O I use it every morning and before I go to sleep :) And I can see a big difference!!  Clean and Clear is a amazing brand  : ) I really would recommend it :)

How to have a cozy Bedroom :)

Hey Guys ! Today I'm going to show you's how you's can have a cozy bedroom :) So lets start :)

Bedding :
Bedding can change your room a lot..Like if you have a Bratz bedding or Barbie bedding, Your room is not childish at all! But the bedding makes your room look very childish...So I would recommend Buying white bedding
 < WHITE BEDDING! see how cozy it looks? Just like in a hotel :)
Isn't that the best thing ever?? : D :)
< See the room looks super cozy and you see how they added pillows with patterns on them to spice it up a little?






Decorations:
Decorations can make a huge difference in your room. . . Maybe add Fairy lights to your room ? I love fairy lights so so much! It makes your room look so cute and cozy at day and night :)

Airplane Hair, Make-up, Outfit + My carry on essentials :)

Hey Guys :) Sorry I didn't write yesterday :/ It was Easter...Egg Hunts, and all that stuff and I was really busy ...But today I'm going to tell you My Airplane Hair, Make-up, Clothes and My carry on Essentials :)

Hair <3
I would recommend putting your hair up in a bun or ponytail when your traveling, So It will be out of your face .. :)

Make-up :
I wouldn't really recommend to wear a lot of make-up on the plane ... I don't like wearing make-up when I'm on a plane or when I'm traveling for a  long time :/ So I would wear foundation, lip balm, Gel mascara < I love this stuff <3 !!

Outfit :
Of course you want to be comfy on the plane . . . So I would just wear something simple like black leggins, tank top or crop top or whatever you think is comfy and then I would wear trainers :) And a jacket over it :)

Essentials :3
Water! You need to be hydrated ! + I take the water when I come out of the plane :/ , Gum, Phone or MP3 , headphones, A book to keep you entertained , little blankie or something to keep you warm or even a sweater or something :) Lip balm to keep them lips moisturized , BIG bag to keep all that in it : D , Hand sanitizer, FOOD! < granola bar or something to keep you full :)

p.s    I'm going to Poland in about a month and I'm going to try to vlog for you's as much as possible :) + I'm not going to write for about 4 days :/ But I'm going to try :)  Byeee x

Sorry I didn't write yesterday ...I was very very busy :/ Before I start anything I want to thank you all so much! 250 something views is amazing to me :) I'm so happy to share my beauty tips with you's and all so Lets Get Started! Today I'm going to show you guys some of my favorite Shampoo's and Conditioners, Sprays, Hair masks and all :)

Shampoos
1.Garnier The color illuminator :) I love it so much! It makes my hair so shiny, Healthy and Of course Soft! I would really recommend it :)
2.Garnier Ultimate Blends :) Ahhhh ! I love it so much too :D Like It makes my hair so soft and shiny! My hair was extremely soft after using it the first time :) <3

Conditioners
1.Herbal Essence Fruit Fructis ! It's the best Conditioner ever! I love the Purple one <3
2.Tea tree moisturizing conditioner :) I love it ! It made my hair grow, It made my hair shiny, healthy ,soft! I love it so so much! I would really recommend it :)

Sprays + hair masks <3
1.Herbal essences Bee strong Spray! Its very good! It  makes your hair very soft, shiny, healthy :)
2.Argan Oil hair mask from Morocco :) Oh My God!It makes your hair so shiny and soft! I'm in love with it!

How to have a perfect room :)

Hi Cupcakes :) So today I decided to do something a little bit different from all that Beauty Stuff...I'm going to show you guys how to have a Perfect Room :) I decided to do this post because I am getting my room painted again cause it turned out really bad :( And I'm also going to redecorate it fully :) So I am really exited about that, So lets get started :)

Color of your room ? You have to decide what color you want your room to be....I would recommend a light color so your room will look bigger and if you use a dark color your room will look smaller , I went for Light Pink <3

Bed ? Okay, Moving on to your bed..Put White Bedding! I love white bedding! I love the way it looks :) + Millions of pillows <3 It's super comfy that way :)

Keep it organized and clean ! Remember If your room is clean and organized it looks way , way , way better :)If you have some dishes laying around your room and some dirty clothes , Bring the dishes to the kitchen  ( I'm not saying you should wash the :P :D ) And bring the dirty clothes to the laundry :)

Buy a rug...Rugs are super cute! I would love to get a super fluffy white one to match my room and I would put it beside my bed :)

Beauty Tips :)

1.Homemade Berry Lip Stain
We all know that berries stain. Why not use this to your advantage? Berries can be used to make a simple and effective lip stain that’s natural and tasty. The olive oil in this recipe is hydrating, while the berries give them a pink/purple tint that’s dark enough for fall, but subtle enough for the finals days of summer.

Ingredients:
5 raspberries
5 blackberries
1 tsp olive oil

Directions: Mash berries with a spoon or fork. Add olive oil and mash again. Drain the liquid into another contains, leaving seeds and chunks behind. Apply to lips using your finger, wash hands right away! This mixture should last a week if stored in an airtight container in the fridge.

Miracle Mask
This homemade mask made of nutmeg, honey and cinnamon is calming and soothing for stressed-out skin. Nutmeg and honey are anti-inflammatory products, which reduce swelling and redness in the skin.

Directions: Mix 2 tablespoons of honey with a teaspoon of cinnamon and a teaspoon of nutmeg. Mix into a thick paste then apply to face and let sit for 30 minutes. Wash off with warm water, scrubbing softly in circles for exfoliation.

DIY Lemon Sugar Scrub

Exfoliating scrubs are essential for every season -- whether you’re sloughing away dry winter skin or prepping your legs for a sunless tanner. Instead of spending money on a scrub, try this fun DIY sugar scrub using ingredients from your kitchen.

Ingredients:
½ cup brown or white sugar
1 tbsp honey
a little olive oil
¼ tbsp fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Apply all over body and rinse off in shower. This scrub not only smell great and sweet, but will leave your skin feeling exfoliated and soft.

Spirulina Face Mask
Spirulina is a superfood blue-green sea algae that is abundant in protein, vitamins, beta carotene, chlorophyll, essential fatty acids, antioxidants and minerals. It’s typically used as a health supplement, but it works wonders for the skin as well! You can buy it in capsule or powder form from any health foods store or online.

Ingredients:
1 tsp spirulina powder
1 tsp Castor oil (found in laxative section of grocery store)
1-2 drops of rosemary or other essential oil

Directions: add the powder to a small bowl and slowly add the castor oil. Mix into a mud-like paste then add 1-2 drops of favorite essential oil.

Wash skin and lightly exfoliate. Smear a thick layer on and leave for 15 minutes. Rinse off with warm water and a washcloth.

Ingredients:
Microwaveable bowl
Purified water
Coconut oil
Tear-free baby wash
Container w/ lid
Paper towel roll
Utility knife

Directions:
1. Mix 2 tb of coconut oil, 2 squirts of baby wash, 2 cups of water in a bowl. Mix, microwave for a few seconds, then stir again.

2. Measure the paper towel roll to fit into your container and cut with a sharp knife to fit.

3. Place the roll into the container and pour your makeup remover mixture over it.

4. Replace the lid and let soak. After five minutes, remove the cardboard center.

5. Cut a small X in the lid to pull the wipes through.

Okay now...I guess you use brands like Herbal essences, MAC, And I was shocked : Clean and Clear, Now...This is not all the brands....There's more....But I'm not going to write them in :/ But like guys....I guess you will still use your Herbal essences shampoo, And your favorite MAC eyeshadow, And clean and clear scrubs...Now I'm just so sad :'( Like imagine how much animals are getting hurt...This might maybe sound lame, But if you own any of these brands, you should stop using them....But I'm honestly going to say...  I still want to use my Clean and Clear Blackhead scrub and my Herbal Essences Spray, And my Garnier Shampoo...But stop using most of them... :'( Please ?

How to be naturally beautiful

I know I'm doing this again but this time it's going to be way better :) Enjoy :)

1. Believe that you are beautiful. There is nothing more beautiful - The most efficient way is eating a BALANCED diet and also get plenty of exercise. Start by walking with friends, taking up dancing or start
to jog around the block every day.

2. Clear up your skin and even the tone. Embrace your face. Learn to accept and love your skin even if it is not clear or even toned. You can use natural products such as shea butter for more even skin tone, rosemary oil for acne, tea tree oil for inflamed acne, and witch hazel for a calming affect on redness. Just add a few drops to your nighttime moisturizer. Supplement by adding more veggies and fruit to your diet and getting plenty of vitamins D and C. Remember to exfoliate your skin no more than 3 times a week. Do not over exfoliate though because it will make your face go flaky and red. Rinse your face in the morning with cool water and use a cleanser that doesn't contain alcohol. Place the cleanser in a small spray bottle for a light misting that you can use throughout the day and follow with a moisturizing face cream with a sunblock
.
3. Get pretty, healthy hair. If you want to dye your hair (which always makes your hair stand out and is a great way to change up your look) opt for ammonia free kits or ask your colorist or stylist at your salon to use ammonia free or "gentle" concoctions. Ask for a semi or demi-permanent dye and always embrace your hair colour and texture. No hair type is unattractive. Not only will this mitigate the time you spend with the flatiron or curling iron, it will also increase the strength of your tresses. If you must use heat-tools use a heat protective spray before you style or blow dry to keep your hair shiny and healthy. Wash your hair regularly so its nice and clean otherwise it will go greasy and it will start to smell.

4. Brush those pearly whites. Brush your teeth at least twice a day, follow with a restorative mouth wash. Floss at night before you go to bed, and chew sugar free gum after meals to promote saliva flow which ultimately lessens the probability of cavities because it prevents plaque acid. Be sure to see your dentist twice a year for checkups and a cleaning. To keep teeth white drink strong acidic drinks such as coffee and soda through straws to prevent corrosion of the enamel.

5. Get some exercise. Be body conscious, but never obsess. You don't need the fancy diet programs advertised on T.V. nor do you need to belong to those health clubs that are popping up everywhere. Just do you. Exercise what you enjoy. That's why it's called exercise, which originally meant "the act of employing or putting into play". So if you like to walk your dog, run, hike, bike, dance, or even watch Richard Simmons. Do what makes you move and what you enjoy. Exercise also makes you feel more confident and happy because it releases hormones called endorphins.

That means that if you drink a cup of coffee, half of the caffeine in that cup of coffee is out of your body in 4.9 hours. If you have a cup of coffee an hour before bed... well you are in for a restless night. If you have a hard time falling asleep, systematic relaxation techniques are wonderful. Start at your feet and tense the muscles in your feet for a count of 5 seconds and relax. Proceed up the body tensing and releasing the leg, buttocks, stomach, arms, hands, neck and face muscles through counts of 5 seconds. If you have racing thoughts imagine that your thoughts are fish and you are catching them in a slow moving stream. Acknowledge that they are there and then send them on their way, Relaxing meditation music on YouTube is very useful to. Finally, melatonin is a natural supplement that aids in relaxation and sleep. This should be reserved for individuals who have a very difficult time with sleep and are considering going on medication. Try melatonin first. It is naturally occurring, and non-habit forming.

( Drinks Mountain Dew ) Hey Guys :) I'm sorry I didn't write yesterday or the day before that :/ But I'm here now with some amazing tips :)

Hair masks
1.Mayonnaise + Olive oil :) I would say if you don't have Olive Oil then just use Mayonnaise , But it's better when you add Olive oil :)
2.Hot oil treatment!! :) I love it so so so much!! It's amazing! And Before I done it, I was like : Oh won't my hair be like so greasy after it?? But Nope!! Not a tiny bit! It was amazingly soft, Shiny and I hope my hair growed :) But I really would recommend it :)
3.Egg yolk hair mask ...I didn't try it ...But even my Mum recommends it!! She was like : Oh , you know what? If your trying to grow your hair out, Maybe try the Egg yolk hair mask? It's brilliant! And I'm like : Okay ! But I still didn't try it out....But I might this week or something...
4.Cucumber hair mask, Now I know it might sound a little wierd, But it's not!! It's very good !! And if you have any leftovers just use it as a Skin thingy, Like a facemask, or whatever you want to call it :D :/
5.Argan Oil hair mask , I'm just after trying it! My hair is still wet, But it feels very soft :) I hope it works :) I'm going to tell you's tomorrow in the morning :)
6.Banana hair mask, Now I'm not sure if it's a good idea, Cause It'll be very hard to make it have no chunks in it .. But you can try it out :) It might not make your hair grow , But it will make it shiny :)

1.Bee strong spray from Herbal Essences! You might think it's bad cause it's cheap! No!! Because something is cheap , doesn't mean it's bad!!
2.Tea tree moisturizing conditioner + Tea tree Oil, I LOVE TEA TREE OIL! It has a very strong smell, but I still love it <3 I also adore the Tea tree conditioner!
3.Garnier Ultimate Blends with Argan Oil and Cranberry + Garnier Ultimate blends with papaya :) I love the argan oil and cranberry one the most! It's amazing! And cheap!
4.WATER....Yeah, Its the product ever!! :D But really it is!! Drink a lot of water about 8-12 cups a day :) And you will see a difference :)
5.Mane and tail, I don't have it but my friend Christy has it :) And she loves it :)

 Hey Guys :) So I'm really busy from the past TWO days :D But I really was....Ummm me and me and my friend : Christyyy are having a sleepover tomorrow , and were going shopping :) And Swimming :) So it's going to be quiet fun..OKAY LET'S GET STARTED!! I'm going to tell you guys some beauty Tips :)

1.Pumpkin Seeds re very good for skin and hair growth :) So eat them pumpkin seeds!!
2.Drink Water! I said this a million times and I'm still saying it!! Water is amazing, It makes your hair grow, very good for skin, And health!!
3.EXERCISE!! I don't mean running around your town each day, No....I mean maybe some push - ups? Running around your street? Maybe even when your in town with your friend...Maybe start jogging around or something? Try to exercise every day, maybe two days, maybe once in a while :D
4. Try to eat more healthier....Fruit vs Junk  ....I guess 90% of us would pick junk....But maybe you could change your diet a little? Maybe for breakfast Greek yogurt with strawberries? Lunch maybe Chicken+ vegetables and water?? Just try to eat a little healthier sometimes....And you won't be sorry....

Hey Guys!! So ...Today I decided to do a post About how to be naturally beautiful ...Now, you might think that : HEY? isn't that like the how to be perfect series?? Nope!! This is going to help you wear LESS make-up , get rid of BLACK-HEADS ( i hate them!!) , How to grow your hair longer : Hair masks + good products , And of course Skin Care Tips!! P.S : I didn't forget about under- eye circles -.- Okay let's start! :)

Skin :
Sometimes it's hard to take care of your skin when you have a full nose of blackheads, acne, pimples+ spots.
1.Drink water! You might be thinking that you already drink water...But maybe not enough? water is magic!! It helps your skin, hair, and of course health!
2. Buy a good face-cream, Maybe Nivea? Nivea is a very good + cheap brand!! I love it so much!!  I have
it from like 2 weeks...And I can see a major difference in my skin....
3.If you are dealing with blackheads like I am!!! Clean & Clear is the PERFECT brand!! But Clean&Clear don't only make Blackhead scrubs...They make toners, face washes ( a lot!!) and lots more!
4. Acne is a preety hard to deal with ...And I guess you want to get rid of it as quick as possible!! You could use Clean and Clear, Good page for acne face masks :) <  Click , I know you want to ;)
5. Eye-circles -.- I HATE THEM!! Now I'm going to tell you some really good tips :)
 (a) Are you sleeping enough? Sleep at lest 8hrs ...You can sleep more if you like :)
 (b)Water? Again It comes :) Are you drinking enough ? Drink at -least 8 cups a day ...
(c) Cucumber Eye Gel :) Umm sorry but I don't have cucumber eye gel at my pharmacy?? :( Don't worry :) YOU CAN MAKE IT YOURSELF : DIY!! Under eye-circle Cure :D or maybe 2nd under eye-circle cure 
6. Rushing for school, work or even lunch with your friends?? No time to do your make-up?? Here's a super fast way :)
 FOUNDATION ?? Put it on ..It will take 2 seconds...+Concealer..
 LIPS?? pop it on quickly :)
 BLUSH?? Oh no!! My blush is all used !! Oh wait!! I have my lip balm, just apply it on your cheeks :)
 MASCARA?? Put on some lip balm....  your eyelashes will be longer :) Or if you need to then put mascara on..
7. BUY ARGAN OIL!! You won't regret ...It's magic!! You will have long, healthy, shiny hair :)

HAIR MASK

Hey :) So I did go shopping with my friend but we did not vlog :( sorry ...But I'm going to do myself a spa treatment night today!! I'm going to do the mayonnaise hair mask!!

What you need :
Mayonnaise :P
and nothing else...MAYBE OLIVE OIL...( IF YOU WANT TO USE IT THEN USE IT , YOU DON'T NEED TO )

How to apply :
1.Put the mayonnaise hair mask in a bowl...
2.Put it on your hair..+ your scalp!! Put that mayonnaise on that scalp :D < funny , huh? no :( why am i not funny!!!!!! :D
3.Leave it in for 30-45 mins....
4.Viola!!
