How to be healthy | AGirlsGuideToLife

Welcome back Gummy Bears ^-^
I decided to tell you's how to be healthy, This is going to be a part of My : AGirlsGuideToLife Series ! 
Yey ?
Lets start this party, No..Okay..

  • Eat healthy, You can't be healthy without eating healthy, Because if you exercise everyday and then eat 1 pizza and burgers and coke, Whats the point ? Cut down on junky foodie's and just force yourself to make healthy options, Water over Fizzy Drinks, Salad over KFC, etc *-*
  • Exercise, A child should have at least 30 minutes of exercise per day, So let's exercise dood , XD , I'm so gangster ^o^ 
  • Drink a lot of water, At-least 8 cups a day, 12 cups of water would be amazinggg !! XD
  • Sleep 8-12 hours a night ^*^  On top of that, a study conducted by The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition demonstrated that men who slept for 4 hours consumed 500 more calories than they did after sleeping for 8 hours.If you're looking for an easy diet, here it is! 
  • Hygiene, Wash your face twice daily, Try to take a shower each day, Mosturize, Cleanse , etc , Try to wear less make-up.
