Im doing a 2 in 1 post, Because one idea was too short for a post..
Im doing a healthy food idea thingy, Im going to show yous healthy ideas for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks ^-^ ,
Im also going to show you's things I want to buy soon *-*

Breakfast :
You should eat breakfast every morning, Its the most important meal of the day, If you dont eat breakfast your body will store the other food you eat as fat, And you know what that means?So Here are some ideas :
-Fruit Salad + Water ?
- Toast with ham and veges and tea or water or coffee whatever you want..( Just not fizzy or energy drinks ._. )
- Salad .. Tomatoes , Cucumbers, Lettuce, Peppers, Etc
Lunch : ( for work or school )
- Sandwich with vegetables and water to drink
- A wrap ^--^
- Pasta or rice with something you like, Thats opptional,
Dinner : ( after you get home )
- Potatoes , Vege's, Meat
- Rice and chicken with vegetables ?
- Soup
Supper ; ( before you go to sleep _- )
- A sandwich
-Salad , Fruit or Vege
- Toast with ham and vege's ?
- Toast without butter , With Strawberries ^-^ , Its really yummy ^o^
Snacks :
- Fruit or Vege
- Granola Bar
- Nuts or Dried up Fruit
Things I will buy soon ^-^ :
- A new bb cream, garnier or nivea..
-I wont buy this : But I'm going to be getting my hair ombred blonde at the bottom
- ( i hope )A new doggy ^o^
