My Workout Routine | Updated

Hey - o !
I decided I'm going to post because .. I HAVE TIME HAPPILY !
Now I decided to get back in the routine and exercise, I'm going to get back on track after Poland. But I noticed that My workout routine isn't 'good' enough? It's not enough. So today I decided to tell you's my : NEW WORKOUT ROUTINE ^.^
EWWW I have a hair on my hand 0-0
Okay , It's off, now let's start.

  • Warm up. Stretching , etc for 5-10 mins, ALL BODY.
  • Walk in one place for 5 mins
  • 10-20 push ups,
  • 7-10 minutes of butt exercise :
She shows somewhere in this video how to do it :)
  • 2-5 minutes of arm exercise , just weights, etc..
  • 10-20 push ups
  • 7-10 minutes of butt exercise
  • Maybe go on a walk for 10-30 minutes
